How can it be suspicious? Kennedy didn't cast the deciding vote that put Trump in the WH. Trump didn't appoint Kennedy.
Kennedy is well within his rights and SCOTUS tradition to resign at a time calculated to help the current president.
OK that's your point, not the only possible point or analysis of the data. (Granted, maybe the WH presstitutes might not be acting optimally, "these people are stupid" after all, but it's still dicey to leave the timing up to an enemy no matter how dumb. They may have smart controllers.
