A quick view reveals that SPLC was filing referrals for racism in the 60's. In almost every case the "victim" pulled a knife on officers, shot at officers, were involved in gambling or a love triangle that was the cause of the supposed "injustice" or "racially motivated" death. One was for having sex with several white woman in the area.
