There is a lot of disagreement concerning just what exactly, "Natural Born" means. It is thought to be the offspring of TWO US citizens whether born in or outside of the US. The problem with Barry is that although his mother was a US citizen, his father was not. This fact is indisputable. So Barry, because his mother was a US citizen has a birthright as a US citizen and was naturalized by statute but because he was not born to two US citizens it does not make him a "Natural Born Citizen" . Furthermore, Obama's father was a muslim and the birth of a child to a muslim man automatically confers muslim birthright status upon that child in the muslim world.

Barrack Obama was not eligable to serve as POTUS because he was not a natural born citizen born to two US citizens. Born abroad or born in the US.
