Reposting, for dayfag visibility, a (long-ass) post from late last night:

Anons, an 80k ft. theory (not Q, just blue-sky musings.):

From these basic human UNIVERSALS…

Instinct (broadly defined) pushes against a built-in, visceral sense of self.

But human intelligence also builds an abstractly extended sense of self (I = me = us = ours = mine)!

This abstract self-sense is necessarily unbound by truth, rationality, or coherence.

(Proof: intelligence needs open-ended logic to handle unfamiliar events, and human conscious attention is too narrow ever to fully rationally reconcile the resulting mountains of conflicting data. The hive mind lives, reflected, in each of us.)

…we can DERIVE the following…

The brain is housed in the body, so the visceral and abstract selves are entangled. The instincts respond by protecting all possible self-aspects at once, regardless of their origin, truth or coherence: if I threaten (your) job security, your (body) reacts! These entanglements are experienced as moods, feelings, intuitions, and emotions.

Let’s take cognitive dissonance as an example: if you were taught to support both strict anti-gun laws (pro-law) and sanctuary cities (anti-law), then your instincts will AUTOMATICALLY deflect your conscious attention away from any examination of the discrepancy (pro/anti law), sending it elsewhere (“but what about healthcare?”) so as to avoid damage to either self-facet. You may not even notice the deflection. Multiply by 10,000 facets, and you’ve got human nature. It isn’t stupidity, it’s just architecture.

The remedy is imperfect, but effective: over time, consciously identify with “knowing what is really going on,” rather than “being right.” Doing so instinctively pulls the attention back to any self-facet discrepancy as it arises, so that it can be consciously worked over in search of resolution. In this sense, each individual human being operates like a scaled-down, internalized version of 8chan, both the good and the bad. Kek.

…for this PURPOSE:

For redpillers, “Us/Them” can be a hard sell because not everyone agrees on who is “Us” and who is “Them,” raising the spectre of existential conflict. By substituting “Me/not-Me, for various abstractly extended values of Me, as played simultaneously and instinctively by everyone” in the place of “Us/Them,” we can do an end run around that problem, in the general direction of existential cooperation.

We really are all in this together, warts and all. “Self-interest rules the world, but the human sense of self isn’t fixed” is a universal shorthand that explains not only all of the corruption, but also the enormity of our human potential. By turning identity politics on its head, by finding dignity and meaning in the self-evident ways in which all humans are already universally alike, it escapes the cabal’s twin self-made traps: that some humans are better, or that all humans are equally horrible. Current events are proving that neither trap will outlast this information age.

What’s more, deeper, more permanent proofs lurk within the physics. The ongoing current events are not just driven by chance! The very universality of the self-evident “Me/not-Me” template (everyone is agreed to have instincts, pattern-based analogical intelligence, and limited attention) gives rise to a shared physics within which all possible societal dynamics can be found (WWG1WGA). Successively deeper analyses of the societal physics hint at the shapes of lasting solutions with ever more precision, and the inequalities are not among them. They don’t work in an information age. Humanity wins.

My 2 cents, anyway. Love you all, no homo.

Faggots.
