the FISA memo/supporting documents or whatever is needed will be declassified by Trump when he feels the timing is right, sometime before the mid-terms

the FISA memo is being held under lock and key (at least until after the mid-terms), because those responsible won't willing release it themselves , knowing the polling impact would destroy them

they won't reveal it, so Trump gets to choose the perfect time
