This is someone who is tired. They probably worked to do their best. What do we know? Probably trying to work and feed his family too. Or just trying to keep/get a job to feed himself.
I was waiting for someone last night and there was a young name wandering out on the opposite sidewalk. Young healthy looking. Then I noticed he was collecting pop cans out of garbage bins. How humiliating would that be …for you? It's starting to get rough out there.
