The idea that a person's thoughts and actions are determined by their 'background' is PRECISELY THE LOGIC OF THE NAZIS AND BOLSHEVIKS DURING WW1/WW2!!! They too believed that a person is only worth and only speaks and only thinks according to their 'background'!
