So couldn't this be a class action fraud/identity theft for anyone who finds out a vote was cast in their name but it was not them?
They are doing this knowing there is no way to rescind it. By that I mean that even if a court knocks it down they will just end up claiming there is no way to fix it on the voter rolls or they don't check ids etc.
