for each person who shows up in the welfare system, that person is given a small and inconsequential meaningless life fully paid for at great expense.
the great expense goes to the 'welfare providers' or 'social service agencies' or health care facilities.
each person is an excuse to give out amost worthless benefits, shots, indoctrination programs, that are tedious and horrible but enrch the service providers at the expense of everyone else.
that's the business model of most 'non profits', and without the slaves from overseas to fill the rolls, they make a lot less money.
