'Enough Moping': Obama Tells Democrats to Forget Trump, Find a Message
Former President Barack Obama told donors at a Democratic National Committee (DNC) fundraiser in Beverly Hills on Thursday that he has had enough with their “moping” over President Donald Trump’s victory — and he wants them to focus on winning Congress back from the Republicans in the 2018 midterm elections.
“Enough moping, this is a mope-free zone,” Obama reportedly said at one point during his 45-minute appearance, according to CNN. “This is a moment of great urgency and you are right to be concerned,” he said.
Obama did not once mention Trump’s name, CNN reported, although it was clear he was referring to the president.

EU Reaches Deal On Migration, Strengthens External Borders
The European Union finally reached a deal on migration after nearly nine hours of hard-fought talks on the second day of their Summit on Friday.
Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte told the EU on Thursday that he could not accept any of the joint council conclusions until he agreed on a migration plan, which stalled the conference until the next day.

Judge blocks Medicaid work requirements in Kentucky
A federal judge has blocked a law that would require certain Medicaid beneficiaries in Kentucky to work as a condition of staying enrolled in the program.
The requirements would have gone into effect Sunday. Republican Gov. Matt Bevin had threatened to discontinue Medicaid expansion in the state, which covers more than 500,000 people, if the requirements were struck down.
