Maybe 24hrs at most. Basically they are looting now and no one is stopping them. Extended power outage, it goes sideways.

When this group, who are in the first post^^, were crossing the river, National Guardsmen in boats attempted to stop them. I was told their rules of engagement prohibits them from putting their hands on people.
