Jews that survived made it out of Communist controlled companies. That allowed them to flourish, earn lot's of money, tell their story and petition to have museums built.
Kulaks and Ukranians didn't escape Communist countries. And the Communists that rand those commie countries, did not exactly feel it a public relations coup to memorialize their war crimes and failed policies against their own populace. Thus, not surprisingly, no museums were built for Kulaks and the gang.
