2: A Global Notables addition composed of the most powerful and hard hitting drops and decodes should be added to the bread.
If a subject is too vast just use mini bun that links to another perm thread where research is on going, but of course.
This would also be used to Challenge and hopefully correct past decodes by [autists].
Another important aspect of this sort of addition would be to get New Eyes up to speed quickly.

So a list that names these people and puts them into a suspected category… such as Traitor, Patriot, Freed and Flipped
