September’s full moon, known as the Harvest Moon, will rise on Friday, Sept. 29 — and it is a special one. Not only will it be the fourth successive supermoon of 2023, but it is also the final supermoon of the year, thus marking the end of a very supermoon summer.

Fittingly for such a special supermoon, the Harvest Moon will also be joined by a parade of planets in the sky, including the solar system’s largest worlds, Jupiter and Saturn, as well as its smallest, Mercury.

From New York City, the fully illuminated moon will rise at around 18:33 EDT (2233 GMT) and set the following day at around 06:52 EDT (1052 GMT), according to In the Sky. Following the full moon, which will be located in the Pisces constellation, the lunar face will recede, a process astronomers call "waning." After that, Earth's natural satellite will head toward its next intriguing phase, turning into a completely dark new moon on Oct. 14, which will mark the start of a new 29.5-day lunar cycle.

Taylor Swift finally made an appearance at a Kansas City Chiefs game Sunday night amid rumors that she is dating NFL tight end Travis Kelce.

Kelce and Swift first sparked dating speculation in July when Kelce attended one of Swift's Eras Tour shows in Kansas City, and later admitted on the "New Heights" podcast that he tried to give the singer a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it, but got turned away.

Undeterred, Kelce told ESPN last week that he had invited Swift to attend one of his games, and it seems the "Cruel Summer" singer took up the offer, attending Sunday's game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City.

In videos shared on social media, Swift can be seen talking to Kelce's mother, Donna Kelce, and cheering on the Chiefs alongside her.

At one point, the "Style" singer appeared to shout "Let's fucking go!" after Kelce scored a touchdown, as seen in a clip posted on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

Sophia Loren Hospitalized with Fractures After Fall at Swiss Home

A representative for the actress told PEOPLE they are "optimistic" about her recovery

Sophia Loren is in the hospital after suffering a fall at her home in Switzerland.

A representative for the actress, 89, confirmed to PEOPLE on Monday that the incident happened Sunday in the bathroom of her home in Geneva and that she suffered several fractures, including to her femur and hip. The rep added that they are optimistic about Loren's recovery following her surgery.

News of the Italian star's fall was also shared on the Instagram page for her restaurant chain on Sunday.

“A fall at her home in Geneva today caused Ms Loren hip fractures. Operated with a positive outcome, she will now have to observe a short period of recovery and follow a road to rehabilitation," read the post via translation into English.

"Thankfully everything worked out for the best and the Lady will be back with us very soon. The whole team at Sophia Loren Restaurant takes this opportunity to wish her a speedy recovery. #sophialoren @sophialorenrestaurant.”

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Loren, who turned 89 last week, was due to open a restaurant in the Italian city of Bari on Sept. 26 — the fourth bearing her name. The Oscar winner was also set to receive honorary citizenship from Bari, but her engagements for the foreseeable future have been canceled, the outlet added.

The publication also reported that Loren’s sons Carlo Jr., 54, and Edoardo, 50, have been by their mother’s side at the hospital. Loren shared her sons with her late movie producer husband Carlo Ponti, who died in 2007 at the age of 94.

“I miss Carlo a lot. Sometimes I feel so lonely," she told PEOPLE of Ponti, who helped discover her, in 2009. "It’s not true that when time goes by, [pain] heals. It will be three years since he died. The first time I met Carlo, it was at a beauty contest. He had a wife, two children. I didn’t think it would happen. Little by little I knew he was the right person for me.”

As the largest independent funder of Ukraine’s vibrant array of civil society and citizen’s groups for more than three decades, IRF was immediately engaged in the vast emergency response to the Russian assault. Its evolving work has included: supporting the evacuation and relocation of civilians; funding efforts to deliver emergency medical supplies and to protect emergency personnel; backing efforts to protect independent journalists and media; and supporting investigations of war crimes committed during the conflict.

In addition to expanding its direct funding of IRF, Open Society has also launched the Ukraine Democracy Fund. With an initial $25 million from Open Society, the fund seeks to raise $100 million with other independent funders to support and protect human rights organizations, independent journalists, and other civil society groups.

Open Society has contributed over $230 million in grants to Ukraine, benefiting millions of people—including more project funding over the past decade than to any other country in Europe.
