There is a huge problem with this. Districts all over the country have set individual tax rates. These vary so much that only really large companies can ship around the country/world. This is because a lot of districts got angry (and/or they were in cahoots with Amazon and other large retailers) they were losing "sales tax" and implemented "use taxes" to compensate. So small shippers don't have the required massive legal help to make sure they are in compliance with a plethora of local tax laws.

I don't know how common it is but there are a few cases of Type 1 diabetes reversing. In one case I think Vitamin D helped. That is not to say it would be acceptable to deny someone needed insulin.
Type 1 is an autoimmune disease and its increased incidence in children seems to be related to childhood vaccinations. Stopping the vaccine pogrom would help a lot of people.
