Lane Goebel (Miracorp)
What a piece of work this guy is.
Plaintiff contends that during her employment at Defendant Miracorp, Defendant Goebel
forced her on numerous occasions to engage in sexual conduct as a condition of her continuing
employment at Defendant Miracorp. Plaintiff further contends that when she began resisting
Defendant Goebel’s advances, he made it very clear that if Plaintiff did not continue to have sex
with him, he would terminate her employment.

They both testified that Goebel was aware of these struggles and used this knowledge to coerce
them into participating in unwanted sexual encounters, upon which he conditioned their
continued employment.
Plaintiff testified that, in addition to other forms of inappropriate touching,
Goebel coerced her into multiple unwanted sexual encounters during her employment over a
period of months. This was not an isolated occurrence, but a pattern of behavior that was
authorized or ratified by MiraCorp.
