Update on the upcoming SCOTUS case which would review the so-called Chevron Doctrine. Inasmuch as I can tell, this could be the kiss of death to the illegitimate bureaucracies that rule over us. So I was wondering what happened with the case - last update i saw was May.

It's still happening. Last filing on it was last week. Looks like no hearing date set yet.
