None of this matters, as long as 0bama's mom was a US citizen at the time of his birth.
Kamala, on the other hand, is not eligible to be POTUS because she is an anchor baby, and neither of her parents were US citizens at the time of her birth.
Kamala should not even be considered a US citizen, let alone a Natural US Citizen.
The Supreme Court will eventually need to sort this out.
That is outside of the point of if he is a US citizen or not.
