In LB, anon asked Q if Poe was arrested recently. I followed up on this and the story is supported by Project Veritas, who Q has mentioned (I think). There is a common law international group that was created in 2009. They use the premise of common law (as opposed to Maritime law). They appoint common people as Sherriffs, and can arrest those they feel break common law, and they have a court set up to prosecute them.
So yes, Pope has been arrested and found guilty more than once. The court is set up in Brussels. Problem is, they don't have a way to detain criminals.
So hopefully, Q confirms for you, but IMO, it is believable that the Pope was arrested by these Sheriffs June 21st - the night of the solstice. The sheriffs were successful in breaking up the Ninth Circle Solstice Sacrifice ceremony, thus they saved the life of a child.
