ICYMI! During a hearing before the sub-committee on Congressional hearing before the Subcommittee on Workforce protection they had OSHA's assistant secretary as their witness.

It was a hoot. Two members asked tough & true questions (are there any other kind?). The witness was Douglas L. Parker and he is a bureaucrat's bureaucrat. Check it out at the link below. Go to the second clip (near the end). It's quite entertaining. Maybe a skilledanon can bring that 7+ min clip the the board.
