I used to. Don't anymoar. I used to do it because I liked the results. Once your body gets used to exercise it starts to crave it, need it, and the only thing that can satisfy that craving is moar exercise. Still veiny and in shape, still have abs, but not as firm. All that could be fixed by going back to the gym again though, but I couldn't be bothered; I'd rather paint or write or be online these days.
