pretty sure illegally entering a country no longer falls under rules of commerce, armed or not. The criminal act is crossing. First steps is anyone who did not get in through port of entry gets sent back no questions, those that officially entered can get a quick trial on scene and either be let through the gate or sent back. Those in the country, dreamers may be given consideration however their anchor familes have to go unless there is some deal that can be made somehow, perhaps based on time or relationship. However that is limited. Tracking devices must be placed on all people entering the country and await any further actions that need to be taken. Any attempt to remove or tamper gets you sent back no questions asked. If any member of your family tampers with it you all get sent back no questions asked. Few ideas

and then democrats would be blamed for it. The only spin the diversity hire will be able to say is they broke their promise to america and the ukrainian people from the big bag putin. So democrats would take the public blame for shutting down and the optics would be government shut down because people care more about other countries then are own. They just got fucked in the senate.
