Ok, so with all Q drops in EST, to match side by side with twitter, FB (EVERY other site that uses DST), would require anons to change time zones on their devices for their twitter etc graphics, in order to match EST. Or to rely on CDT anons to provide other sites in CDT, which is currently equivalent to EST.
