Attention anyone with any sort of stress or psychosis. I've recently discovered a jaw stretch which may alleviate any psychotic behavior along with relieving everyday stress and anxiety almost instantly. The stretch is supposed to send a hard "relax" signal to the entire body, forcing it to calm down. Look up Vagus nerve stimulation. It does what breathing techniques are supposed to do for you but is more effective.

The idea is that you move your jaw/chin down and away directly from your ear (see pic) and holding it there in a comfortable position then start swelling your tongue. The idea is that you're trying to stretch a nerve next to your eustachian tube/ear canal to make your ears crackle. This usually happens while chewing food and swallowing it. Do it enough and it will eventually force you to yawn very deeply. So deep that you end up stimulating the entire vagus nerve between your ear and the rest of your organs. If you can, do this as often as you can but be careful, it might put you to sleep, too.

What's left of my family and I are survivors of a horrible double homicide when I was 6 years old. This gave me and 3 other family members probably the most horrible PTSD anyone can be given. Since I was 6, my brain never developed any of the higher brain functions that people normally start developing after 7 I went into the fight or flight state for 33 years before discovering new therapies and medicines like EMDR and Buspar. But let me tell you, I have NOT seen such improvements from those medicines. Stretching my jaw may be doing more for me than all the medicines
