Using her influence with United one to acquire loans to build immigrant housing instead of using that credit to build new HUD housing for resident blacks in district 43 sounds like something the blacks should be upset over. Would take a genius to work that idea into a meme. Do we have someone up to the task?

Napkin Math says this is fake. I can't imagine you could build a single unit for less than $30,000. If the units held an average of 3 immigrants, you're looking at 17,000 housing units costing $5.1B. OneUnited is WAY too small to underwrite a $5.1 Billion dollar construction loan. I would have a hard time believing they would have the capital reserves to make a $500m loan.

85% the queries made using their indexing/search tool were not compliant with minimization procedure. Minimization refers to who can see Fisa intelligence product. These means 85% of the searches across all FISA surveillance(whether or not any particular FISA warrant is legitimate or not is not being addressed here) was being seen by individuals who didn't meet the criteria of "need to know/valid reason for seeing it", which seems to imply "Fbi-contractors", could easily access the material. Who was it making these improper search queries of FISA generated intelligence is the key question for the Clinton Email investigation and possibly the Russia Collussion investigation. Remember these are two separate investigations linked together by Strozk and others. The "Memo" might answer this question.
