I just found it on someone's Twitter who linked it to a Facebook account. That's why I'm doing a little digging

According to this link it's she said it was fake. And lists a few reasons why it's fake… take it with a grain of salt. If we post that page everywhere and it's fake, it does damage to us. Keep looking for source

It does appear to be a fake. Have to be careful because one of the tactics they use is planting fake documents hoping opponents will use it to discredit them.
