In an interview in 2015, referring to politicians who were skeptical of global warming Kennedy said he "wished there were a law you could punish them under". That means he wishes he could punish Trump for not buying into the global warming bullshit. He also stated his support for AOCs green new deal and announced his plans to implement it.
