Sorry President Trump but it is a scam because

1. The courts cannot sue nor go to trail on behalf of another entity that makes no such claims of damages.

1. The court cannot sue if it has incurred no damages to the court itself.

1. If the court hasn't claimed any damages as such then the court itself has :"No Standing" in any court of law including itself.

Talking about disclaimers, although technically correct, is still not good publicity to uniformed nor the brand.
