Why do people think an EMP is going to hit tomorrow? What plan calls for you to dig, meme and pray just to be hit by an emp and most likely taken out with the result of such? What sense does that make? Either you trust the plan or you don't.

Congress is so far down the totem pole it's almost comical seeing them act like they have such power.
Hate to say it, but this sort of mentality is the price to be paid during boomer shift. They don't get it.
