Here's how one city is apparently using their ARPA (America Rescue Plan Act) funds:

This is odd to have come up at this moment. I was just contemplating how there are so many acronyms among US agencies that there is some overlap in use.

Not sure how or if it is related but there is a CISA project at the CDC

Pic related.

Could this entity be related to the "consensus" messaging around COVID and the COVID injections? I have wondered how "public health departments" around the country seemed to have an instant narrative around "COVID".

Quote from web site linked above: "CISA has procedures in place to assist in response to vaccine safety emergencies, such as a pandemic, and to assist state health departments during an emergency. Since December 2020, CISA has provided consultation to U.S. healthcare providers and health departments about COVID-19 vaccine safety."

Serious question: If the CISA project like the other CISA was involved in silencing alternative voices around "COVID" is this entity also under the preliminary injection? In any case I think both are worth a dig.
