Y’all….this isn’t a slide, but in Raleigh, NC last night a highly regarded surgeon died in a car crash trying to get off an exit and it was estimated he was driving 148 mph. No air bags deployed. His car was torn apart. His wife is saying that she doesn’t understand because he would never drive like that. On the road he was on, the traffic is always heavy, so no one would drive that fast. Local comments on the news keep asking over and over if maybe the car accelerated and got stuck or if someone was controlling it. He was driving a Porsche.

True. But his wife and coworkers say it was very uncharacteristic. I’ve driven that area before when I visited and it is really crowded all the time. Not an area I could imagine anyone EVER going that fast. Just thought it was strange since it seems the bad folks are able to take over vehicles.

Would it be something regarding 9/11? When it happened, I was a young adult. My simple, carefree mind then could not phathom our country killing its own people to start a war. But….17 years later, I believe it and so do a lot of other people. So maybe the question is “Was the USA responsible for 9/11?”
