this lawsuit is comical. The company was selling
IRU's to competitors (rights for bandwidth basically)
then buying competitors IRU's back to recognize
reoccurring Earnings, to meet quarterly estimates.
If their share price fell outside of a certain "collar"
a merger they were involved in would fail, and
they would lose their company. They lied about
Hundreds of Millions of dollars in false revenue
through shaddy accounting tricks by

Now why would the NSA get involved in such
a shady company?
Why would the CEO refuse to cooperate with
