There is something odd about the photo of Governor Hochul in the article.Look at the funny patch in the middle of her neck. Is this shopped or machine generated? An indicator this person has a mask on? Something else?
I don't see a photo credit on the picture and I don't use the "look up tools" that some use. Anyone have an explanation for why her neck looks like that?
