If the prosecutor has not claimed damages then how can they have restitution if there was no lose to anyone? If the DA has not quantified and qualified their damages then they have "No Standing" in any court of law including there own. Didn't we learn that lesson with the Supreme Court and Election fraud? If you haven't claimed damages then you have no case because there was no one hurt in any form whatsoever.
