keep in mind anon not all are aware of what is going on, moves counter moves. There is a reason only 8 voted to get rid of him, it is because only those were required, same as last time. What will be important is to see how people vote. If donald trump was ever going to be SOH it would be now, why, because I really doubt Gaetz is going to get another one person vacate deal like he got last time over mccarthy. Next speaker would be another deep state tool other wise and create a protective wall around the chair again. This person would be 2 steps from the presidency. Which will happen sooner than later looking how frail and weak biden appears. The vote will be what matters. If the people want Donald Trump they will get Donald Trump.

This is not quite correct

below is the actual rule found in:

https://www.gop.gov/conference-rules-of-the-118th-congress/

First off this is about current leadership, not speaker of the house.

I do not see a rule about conduct for speaker specifically going through this. It also says IS indicted meaning he was already serving and was, see Trump already HAS been but this does not preclude him. The rule is very very vague. There is no rule about someone already having an indictment coming in. Unless there is, and it needs to be found.

this is not accurate totally because it covers people who are voted in not nominated for a position of speaker of the house. There is also some very loose language I still have the window up. There are no rules about specific house leadership only republican and democrat leadership conduct which strangely has never been enforced. Why start now.
