PA Turnpike is apparently sending people all over the country invoices for tolls. Big problem though: It appears to be a glitch (or scam?)

I'd easily believe that. However, sending people bills when they didn't drive on the Turnpike seems to be a relatively new grift.

I'm going to have my own fleet of Polaris vehicles of various types about 100 of them. I will drive them ALL OVER the land I have. I will not mind roads or no. In fact, I will like dirt tracks. Apparently they will charge you for driving on the PA Turnpike even if you weren't ever there. So I guess things are a little scrambled in PA at the moment.
