Engoron wields unique authority over Trump's civil fraud case. It is a jury-free bench trial, with Engoron overseeing it and ultimately determining its outcome and penalties. The Harris Ranch Tesla Supercharger station is an impressive beast. With 98 charging bays, the facility in Coalinga, California, is the largest charging station in the world. (snip) Superchargers charge vehicles up to the 80% sweet spot in as little as 20 minutes, but to provide that kind of power for nearly 100 bays takes something solar can’t provide — diesel generators. Investigative journalist Edward Niedermeyer discovered that the station was powered by diesel generators hidden behind a Shell station. Reporters at SF Gate tried to find out how much of the station's electricity was from the generators, but couldn’t get a response from Tesla.

The EBS test alerts are a way for the feds to track everybody's cell phone without requiring a warrant or serving a subpoena to cell phone companies.
Without any probable cause, warrant, or subpoena, they pinged everybody's devices and received a ping back from everyone.

Former NYPD Union boss, Roy Richter, is tragically dead by an alleged suicide. Multiple members of the NYPD who had knowledge of the contents on Anthony Weiner’s laptop have died suspiciously over the past few years. The evidence they saw made them sick, and many had to seek counseling.
What did Richter know?
For those of you who aren’t aware, the evidence found on Weiner’s laptop, reported by True Pundit in 2016, implicated Hillary Clinton, Huma Abedin and associates in these crimes:
• Money laundering
• Child exploitation
• Sex crimes with minors (children)
• Perjury
• Pay to play through Clinton Foundation
• Obstruction of justice
• Other felony crimes
In 2018 the IG Report backed up this story citing: “Hillary Clinton & Foundation Crimes Against Children.”
Over the past year, President Trump has repeatedly mentioned the Weiner laptop , and I’m confident there will be mass disclosure on the horrific evidence found on that computer.
This is Pizzagate.

STRANGE: Roy Richter — who tragically died by an alleged suicide — served as the NYPD’s Captain Endowment Association President when the website for the NYPD’s union was hit with a cyberattack in 2015.
Richter said at the time the malware attack was likely tied to the global hacking collective Anonymous.
In a Hill article about the attack from 2015 that’s still live as of this tweet, the word mosads was inserted in brackets out of context before the third graph.
What is up with that?

A judge in Waukesha County issued a ruling that sides with parents in the debate over how school districts handle transgenderism in schools. Judge Michael Maxwell on Tuesday sided with two parents in the Kettle Moraine School District after they sued in 2021 because the district did not tell them that school leaders and teachers were calling their middle school-aged daughter by a different name at school. (snip) "This particular case is simply whether a school district can supplant a parent’s right to control the health care and medical decisions for their children. The well-established case law in that regard is clear – Kettle Moraine cannot,” the judge wrote.
