Bush Jr. found himslel with a black eye in a presser where Cheney stood beside him. My recollection was it was a presser for his first 100 days in office. I recall wondering if Cheney beat the fuck out of him that day and stood there as he did being a hostage taker. Bush Jr. bit his bottom lip as he always did to prevent him from saying what he really thought.( his tell was biting his lip)
