I believe the cabal has taken over the WL website but I suspect there is a 'booby trap' in JA's files. Not so much a dead man's switch but a paradoxical program. When the cabal accesses it and attempts to open it to verify its contents it begins to be sent far and wide.
Each time his (JA's) Internet was cut we would see the code come from the WL website.
But Q has the source. The website is irrelevant.
