This clip is a little longer than most that show Dr. Baker saying we should get rid of whites in the US. At the end someone else starts commenting about Trump and how he was complaining about diseases coming across the border along with migrants. The reaction is along the lines of "Oh, but they have better vaccination rates in Mexico."!

If this doesn't make it clear there is a replacement going on and that "they" are looking for obedient serfs I don't know what will.
