I have seen no evidence that either of her parents were illegals.

In any case, the "anchor baby shit" is de facto LAW ATM (yeah that is an oxymoron, whatever)

So she's NOT going down for that in any case.

A very dastin Question.

It seems that the constitional issue comes down to whether illegals today are more like members of invading armies (which WERE clearly excluded when the 14th was passed) or more like random people who just happen to be here obeying US law when they have kids.

At the present time, there is quite arguably a case that these are organized invasion forces intent on evading actual US law (cartels/NGOs/etc). So maybe Wong Kim Ark does not apply:
