I came across this video recently, which is footage of Max Clifford (the disgraced publicist / PR guru) talking about stories he's kept out of the press. THe video was shot in 2008. He assumed he was not being recorded. FYI: Max went to prison in 2014 on 8 counts of indecent assault of girls aged between 15 & 18. He died in Dec 2017, two days after suffering a heart attack in his cell.

I always assumed that the charges against Max were false and he was 187'd for what he knew

I don't think it's the video we're looking for, but it would certainly cause an uproar were it to surface.
