Most people don't know this is true for the Anthrax vaccine given to the military. I can't sauce it but asked for advice from someone in the field on it's safety and efficacy when mandated it in the military. 100% lethality in animal testing… Humans I think he said 1 in 10,000 permanently injured/died but doubted that number even back in 2002 since most wouldn't report 'anthrax injuries'.
