I searched for other nations that also have such a relationship and only found one other: Armenia US embassy web site also has information about Biological threat reduction program.

this program seems to be a way for the Ukraine controlled US govenrment agencies (I mean the ones controlled by internationalists) to fund their friends in Ukraine.

why is Ukraine given such a special relatinship.

there are a bunch of other links to pdf's on that US Embassy Ukraine website that you can also down load, since these are easy to access I will not give the links here, but I did get screen caps of them. it's more laboratories.

all of the labs listed were built many years ago.

They only list the cost of building the labs, not of funding the salaries and other items.

I'm wondering if there is a way to see who was funding the operations budgets for all those labs.

these labs are obviously job programs for connected Ukrainians (and we know what that means, or we can speculate).

wouldn't it be interesting to do a review of the staffs of those labs and who, in the US, they have as relatives.
