Ok anons, so James tweeted on the value of Mar-a-lago. I'm thinking that she is specifically speaking on the property, still undervaluing it but would Trump be valuing it as the business it is? Just thinking if we could counter with bottom line numbers that get it expose her ridiculous post.
Her post says he claimed the value at $749m which has to be the business value not just the property value.
I am very well aware of market value vs appraised value vs replacement value.
She can't offer comparables because there is nothing of that size anywhere around. hell there is a approx 7000sq house on a cul-de-sac opposite side of 98 that is $40m and it's on a postage stamp in comparison.
