We know that Hussein was an illegible president and George W stole his first election in Florida. I'm not that conversant with the '92 election - did Clinton steal the election in any way?

If so, is GEOTUS the 42nd President of the US? Q has mentioned a constitutional crisis before. perhaps it's way bigger than just Hussein (they have everything).

The question then becomes: Is it true that you're the 42nd President of the United States?
