Main thing I wanted to ask was is that a slice of Bread he is holding in his hand?
Imagine the affect if everyone who knew of Q and had/has a social media account changed their profile image to Q. We've seen similar acts in the past, cancer support, transgender support, equality e.g (=) .it has a big impact.
The timing would be critical though.
