Israeli media reports that during the intense battles today, Palestinian forces today were able to successfully hit at least four Israeli military Apache attack helicopters with anti-aircraft fire, causing the helicopters’ flight controls to partially malfunction and forcing the helicopters to immediately return to base, transmitting emergency frequencies.
All Israeli crew were able to return safely, however the helicopters retained varied levels of damage.
