an ideal, is a useful tool.

though does not physically exist,

its representation can be used to compare against what does physically exist.

this can tell us the departure from ideal,

as well as the upper and lower boundaries of an equilibrium.

a circle can be a useful tool for this.

a broken circle is a spiralโ€ฆ cycle.

sequences of a cycle tend to repeat.

sin(e), or rather the peak and/or trough positioned at an extreme from equilibrium.

-nature always overcompensates when resolving a potential difference

value of one's personal inner equilibrium.

may require learning some inner self management techniques.

there are cultures that teach their children these principles as they grow up.
