Bakers have tried to get more anon noms since board began but in reality make 90% of the decisions about what goes in notes, subject at least in theory to anon approval. Works with some better than others, kek.
If anons make reasonable noms, i always accept them when baking. Appreciate the effort. But can't compel anons to nom, just as you can't compel them to make reports. Up to each one.
